Everything is made in small runs and packed by hand, so an order leaves us as a parcel someone actually put together rather than something a warehouse spat out. Here is exactly what to expect, and what we do when something goes wrong.

How long does delivery take?
Two to five working days across India, with a tracking link the moment it is picked up.
What does shipping cost?
Free on every order.
Is cash on delivery available?
Yes, within India.
The size is wrong. Can I exchange it?
Within seven days, unworn with tags on. Write to us with your order number and we will send a pickup.
Can I return it for a refund?
Yes, within seven days on the same condition. Refunds land within five working days of the parcel reaching us.
Something arrived damaged.
Photograph it and write to us the same week. We replace it or refund it in full, and we pay the return leg.
Do you ship outside India?
